According the petition to the Court, the website has been registered with the Registrar of Name Services in the Jerusalem District Court.

The domain registration is required for the registration of trademarks and services, which are essential for the functioning of the domain, according to the document.

Who has the rights to the registered domain name?

According a press release, The Jerusalem Reporting has been operating under the name JerusalemReport since March 2017.

In 2017, The Washington Post reported that the company was using the alias JerusalemReport.com, and that it was registered in the District of Columbia.
